Personnel Sub-Committee Information

The Personnel sub-committee is concerned with supporting and monitoring all staffing within the school.  This includes reviewing the employment practices within the school, assessing the Headteacher's performance, consultation over any proposed staffing structure changes, and being involved in any disciplinary actions which may become necessary.
